CLEAR VAULT / PRIVACY FILE
CV
Transparency, kept simple

Your space.
Your say.

This policy explains how Clear Vault may handle information when you review and manage stored content on your device.

◇

01Scope and effective date

This policy applies to the Clear Vault mobile application and related services. It is effective October 9, 2026. It describes possible information access and collection, purposes, sharing, retention, deletion, and your choices. An account is not required for ordinary use unless a feature clearly explains otherwise.

02Information Clear Vault may handle

Storage metadataFile names, sizes, types, dates, locations, and related details may be accessed for storage-management actions.
Selected contentFiles or other content are handled when you choose to review, retain, remove, import, or share them. Local access does not itself mean an upload.
Device and app detailsDevice model, operating-system and app versions, language, IP address, approximate region, and technical identifiers may be processed.
Support informationWe may receive the message and optional details you choose to provide to support.

Where Android storage access is needed and granted, it supports Clear Vault’s storage-management purpose. You can manage permissions in Android settings. The app does not intentionally request precise location, contacts, microphone, or camera access for its core experience.

03Advertising and third-party SDKs

Clear Vault includes advertising SDKs. Depending on configuration, applicable law, and your choices, advertising partners may process an advertising identifier, IP address, device and app information, approximate location inferred from technical signals, ad impressions and interactions, and crash or diagnostic information.

This information may support ad delivery, frequency control, measurement, reliability, and fraud prevention. Personalized ads are used only where permitted and after any required notice or consent. The released app’s SDK list, consent flow, and Google Play Data safety declarations should match the actual integrations. No specific provider is named here because none was supplied.

04Use, sharing, and retention

Information may be used to provide and secure Clear Vault, support storage actions you choose, understand aggregate use, display and measure ads, respond to support, and comply with legal duties.

Limited information may be shared with hosting, analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, support, and security providers that help operate the app. We do not sell personal information as a standalone product. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably needed to protect rights and safety.

Content you intentionally share goes to your chosen destination and is governed by its privacy practices. Local app data can generally be removed through the app or Android settings. Technical and advertising records are kept only as reasonably needed for their purposes, security, and legal requirements.

05Your choices and rights

You can manage permissions through Android settings, choose what content to share, and use available device controls to reset or limit advertising identifiers. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of certain personal information. Use the developer support contact listed on Clear Vault’s Google Play page. We may request enough information to verify a request safely.

06Security, children, and updates

Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used for information handled through Clear Vault. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Clear Vault is not directed to children below the minimum age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information in violation of those requirements. We may update this policy as the app, SDKs, processing practices, or legal requirements change. For questions or requests, contact the developer through the Google Play listing.
